South Bend Clutch part number DDC3850-6 is a competition dual disc clutch and flywheel upgrade kit for late 2000-2005 Dodge trucks with the 5.9L Cummins diesel engine and NV5600 manual transmission.

All the clutch components in this assembly are made of steel. The center plate is lugged to fit the flywheel. This complete clutch has no special requirements for installation. It is a direct replacement of the OEM clutch. All flywheels will have a bronze/feramic insert that will be removable. This feature will allow the replacement of the insert, instead of the flywheel, when it is time to be rebuilt. 1999-2000 non-HO engines require a 1 3/8″ input shaft upgrade.
Lever type pressure plate with heavy increase in pedal pressure, 12 feramic buttons per side of the disc, 900 hp (good for extreme sled pulling). This clutch does require hydraulic upgrades.
The competition dual disc is intended for competition use in sled pulling. This clutch is designed for up to 900 HP.
DDC3850-6—- Full Sintered Iron Competition Dual Disc w/ Flywheel. 950 HP, 1600 Ft-Lbs of Torque. Not intended for towing, or stock applications. UPGRADED MASTER AND SLAVE CYLINDER NOT INCLUDED, BUT STRONGLY RECOMMENDED FOR THIS CLUTCH.
