This is a genuine Bosch remanufactured CP3 common rail diesel injection pump for 2004.5 – 2005 GM LLY Duramax diesel engines.  Bosch is the original manufacture and have available all the parts used in these pumps when they were originally made new, so you can be assured all the parts used are the highest quality.  Bosch also has the equipment needed to properly calibrate and verify that this pump is working to the exact specifications required and meet strict emission and performance requirements.  This pump has a new fuel pressure regulator and all the wear items are replaced.  These are the highest quality pumps on the market.  Do not settle for inferior products using sub-standard parts and unapproved testing equipment.  This pump fits late 2004 to 2005 LLY 6.6L V8 Duramax diesel engines found in Chevrolet 2500 & 3500 Silverado trucks and GMC Sierra 2500 & 3500 trucks.

Core Charges

This part requires an acceptable matching rebuildable core be sent in to avoid paying the core charges.

With Core Option = Means you will pay the core charge up front, and when an acceptable core is returned to Huckstorf Diesel the core charge will be refunded back to you.  An acceptable matching core must be received within 30 days of the ship date to receive full core credit.

Without Core Option = An acceptable matching core must be received before the exchange is sent out.

An acceptable core is one that is rebuildable with typical replacement parts.  Major damage such as rust, housing damage, critical broken parts will be cause for partial or no core refund.  If you have any questions on this policy please call or send your injectors in first for inspection.  Normally an injector that comes off a running engine in need of typical repairs is fine.  Injectors that sat for years in junk yards, fire damaged, collision damaged, etc. may not be accepted.
