This is a new Bosch fuel pressure sensor that came as standard equipment on the 2011-2019 Ford 6.7L Power Stroke diesel engines.  Bosch is the world’s leading OE supplier of diesel fuel systems for passenger cars and trucks. Bosch innovations in common rail fuel injection led the modern diesel revolution. Bosch aftermarket products are produced to the same exacting specifications as the OEM products.   This is sensor that reads the fuel rail pressure on the 6.7L Ford Powerstroke engine.  It works with the MPROP valve mounted on the CP4 pump and the fuel pressure regulator (also called a DRV) located on the back of the driver’s side fuel rail to achieve the desired rail pressure.
