BD Diesel part number 1041460 is a driver’s side exhaust manifold for 2001-2010 Chevrolet and GMC trucks with a 6.6L Duramax diesel engine.

The BD Full Bore Exhaust Manifold for the Chevy Duramax engine replaces the factory driver’s side “pinched down” unit, restoring exhaust flow and balances the V8 engine for smother running. Made from high-silicon ductile iron, the Full Bore is a direct, bolt-in replacement for the factory manifold and is even drilled and tapped to accept the most popular EGT probes.

• Flow matches the passenger side manifold and balances the engine’s exhaust pressure.
• Maintains consistent exhaust pressure and temperature on both sides of the engine.
• Contains an exhaust temperature probe port.
