1996-1998 Dodge 5.9L Cummins Diesel 215HP Injector

Huckstorf Diesel part number 0432133844 rebuilt exchange injectors for 1996-1998 Dodge trucks with the 215 HP Cummins 5.9L 12 valve engine and manual transmissions.

These injectors are rebuilt by Huckstorf Diesel with brand-new Bosch nozzle tips and set to the proper opening pressures of 260-270 Bar or 3771-3916 PSI.  Each one is meticulously restored to as good as new condition and carefully set to the proper opening pressure.

6 Required for a full set.  Each injector includes a nozzle gasket, return line gaskets, and dust shield.

Nozzle gasket number = 2430105048.  7 mm x 0.5 mm

Core Charge Instructions

This part requires an acceptable matching rebuildable core be sent in to avoid paying the core charges.

With Core Option = Means you will pay the core charge up front, and when an acceptable core is returned to Huckstorf Diesel, the core charge will be refunded back to you.  An acceptable matching core must be received within 30 days of the ship date to receive full core credit.

Without Core Option = An acceptable matching core must be received before the exchange is sent out.

An acceptable core is one that is rebuildable with typical replacement parts.  Major damage such as rust, housing damage, critical broken parts will be cause for partial or no core refund.  If you have any questions about this policy, please call or send your injectors in first for inspection.  Normally, an injector that comes off a running engine in need of typical repairs is fine.  Injectors that sat for years in junkyards, fire damaged, collision damaged, etc. may not be accepted.
