1991-1993 Dodge Cummins 5.9L with Intercooler New Bosch Injector 0432133877

Starting in 1991 the cylinder heads were changed to use a 7 mm nozzle tip instead of 9 mm. This extra material in the head helped prevent cracking that was common with the 9 mm injector heads.

These Dodge Cummins Fuel injectors are new Bosch injectors and set to the proper opening pressures. 245-255 Bar or 3553-3698 PSI

• Bosch part number = 0432133877 or NA72X
• CDC #’s 3918965, 3919093, 3802246RX
• Chrysler/Mopar #’s R4638651
• 6 Required for a full set. Each injector includes a nozzle gasket, return line gaskets, and dust shield.
• Nozzle gasket number = 2430105042. 7 mm x 2.5 mm

Huckstorf Diesel is a Bosch authorized diesel repair facility and only uses genuine Bosch nozzle tips when rebuilding these injectors. There are lower cost alternatives out there but the lower quality is not worth the savings! The injectors are critical in the proper operation of a diesel engine. The spray pattern of fuel into the cylinder has determines how the fuel and air mix and burn. If the angle and the atomization of the fuel is not perfect, performance and mileage will suffer. Huckstorf Diesel sets the opening pressures to a very tight tolerance for balanced sets and smoother running engines.
