6) Long Lead Injector (stamped ‘LL’ or blue harness connector). Per Ford Bulletins 00-10-1, 00-22-1 and 01-14-6 (used in number 8 cylinder as fix as failed only, to eliminate “cackle”). Used as standard equipment, No. 8 cylinder in International T444E beginning model year 2002.
Core Charges
This part requires an acceptable matching rebuildable core be sent in to avoid paying the core charges.
With Core Option = Means you will pay the core charge up front, and when an acceptable core is returned to Huckstorf Diesel the core charge will be refunded back to you. An acceptable matching core must be received within 30 days of the ship date to receive full core credit.
Without Core Option = An acceptable matching core must be received before the exchange is sent out.
An acceptable core is one that is rebuildable with typical replacement parts. Major damage such as rust, housing damage, critical broken parts will be cause for partial or no core refund. If you have any questions on this policy please call or send your injectors in first for inspection. Normally a pump that comes off a running engine in need of typical repairs is fine. Pumps that sat for years in junk yards, fire damaged, collision damaged, etc. may not be accepted.
