Alliant Power AP0045 2001-2004 6.6L LB7 Duramax Head Installation Kit

We get a lot of requests for a “complete” kit for doing head gaskets on the Duramax engines.  Alliant Power came through, and even included head studs to replace the factory head bolts.  The factory head bolts are a one time use item and should not be reused.  This kit includes all of the necessary seals and gaskets to remove and install the cylinder heads as well as head studs to replace the factory cylinder head bolts. There are different thicknesses of head gaskets, so the head gaskets themselves are not included in this kit.  The valve cover is sealed to the spacer with rtv silicone sealer.  That is not included in the kit.  We recommend and sell the GM sealant.
