1994-2003 GM 6.5L High Pressure Diesel Fuel Injection Line Cylinder #6

Dipaco part number DT650014 is a high pressure fuel injection line for cylinder number six that goes between the diesel fuel injection pump and the fuel injector on 1994-2003 GM trucks with a 6.5L diesel engine using the electronic “DS” injection pump.

This is the high pressure steel injection line for cylinder #6 on a 1994–2003 GM 6.5L engine. These lines are built for pickup truck applications. For a van, you may have to bend them slightly to work. Call if you have any questions.

These lines are used with the electronic “DS” style pump.  The “DS” style pumps use electrical input from the throttle pedal.  If your injection pump is the “DB” style, it uses a mechanical linkage between the pump and throttle pedal.  “DB” style pumps use the 1988-1993 injection lines instead.  If you are not sure, look at the injection pump data tag and look at the model number.  That will tell you if you have the DS or DB model pump.  The fitting on the pump side is larger on the “DS” style pump compared to the “DB” style pump.  The injector fitting is the same for both styles.
