Alliant Power part number AP63408 Exhaust Back Pressure (EBP) sensor for 2005-2010 Ford 6.0L Power Stroke, 2005-2007 Navistar VT365 diesel engines.

This diesel exhaust back pressure sensor sends information back to the engine control module which is used in controlling the variable vain turbocharger. These sensors along with the tube that they are connected to are known to get clogged with exhaust soot. Improper readings lead to boost control problems and over or under boost codes.
