Huckstorf Diesel part number 0402736838 is a rebuilt Bosch P7100 diesel fuel injection pump for 1994-1995 Dodge trucks with the 160hp Cummins 5.9L Diesel and automatic transmission.

We build these Bosch P7100 injection pumps that fit 1994-1995 Dodge Cummins 5.9L diesel trucks with automatic transmissions rated at 160 HP in house with genuine Bosch parts. Yes! We do put Bosch parts in our rebuilds and our higher price reflects it. If you want a less expensive rebuild, we can do that. Ship us your pump so we can take it apart and find out what the failure or issue is and give you a price to only fix that. We can install just a gasket kit. The price will be much less, but you get what you pay for. Our exchange pumps are like new or better. These are set to the optimum specifications for the best performance and mileage. If you want your pump set to a custom spec for competition applications, we can do that! Setting it to the 215 HP manual transmission specifications is not a problem. Be aware though, Dodge had lower power numbers for the automatic transmissions because of the power and torque limitations of the 47RH transmission. If you have a transmission built for performance, we can give you the fuel to dominate. Huckstorf Diesel has the experience and Bosch test equipment to do the job correctly! Beware of the junk from China available with too good to be true prices. It does not work. We understand that these trucks are older and may not be in great shape. Spending money on making the injection pump like brand new again may not be realistic. But, spending any money on something that may be worse than what you already have is not the answer. Core Charges
This part requires an acceptable matching rebuildable core be sent in to avoid paying the core charges. 

With Core Option = Means you will pay the core charge up front, and when an acceptable core is returned to Huckstorf Diesel the core charge will be refunded back to you.  An acceptable matching core must be received within 30 days of the ship date to receive full core credit.

Without Core Option = An acceptable matching core must be received before the exchange is sent out.

An acceptable core is one that is rebuildable with typical replacement parts.  Major damage such as rust, housing damage, critical broken parts will be cause for partial or no core refund.  If you have any questions about this policy, please call or send your pump in first for inspection.  Normally, a pump that comes off a running engine in need of typical repairs is fine.  Pumps that sat for years in junkyards, fire damaged, collision damaged, etc. may not be accepted.
