2004.5-2010 GM 6.6L Duramax & 2007-2018 Dodge Ram 6.7L Cummins Common Rail High Pressure Relief Valve 1110010013

Bosch part number 1110010013 high pressure relief valve found on the driver’s side fuel rail of 2004.5-2010 GM trucks with the LLY LBZ and LMM Duramax 6.6L diesel engines & 2007-2018 Dodge Ram trucks with the 6.7L Cummins.

This is the valve for the 2006 – 2010 Duramax LBZ / LMM engines.  It also works great on the 04-05 LLY engines due to the slightly higher opening PSI.  These valves are known to go bad and open prematurely causing a “fuel rail PSI low” problem.  Once a valve is weakened it tends to get worse.  Replacing the valve with a new one is much safer than shimming it and taking your chances with the high (25,000+ PSI) pressures that this valve was designed to protect from.
