Huckstorf Diesel offers genuine Bosch remanufactured high pressure fuel injectors.  Bosch is the original supplier of these injectors and they are produced in the same facility as the new injectors.  These injectors are like new since all the critical components and parts that wear are replaced with genuine Bosch parts.  Another big reason to use these injectors is the test equipment used to ensure the highest quality and strict standards for fuel delivery are achieved.  These injectors include all updates so they can be better than what was originally installed.

• (1) Nozzle Washer
• (1) Injector Seal O-ring

Injector hold down bolt and injection feed line kits available separately.

Warranty:  12-month, unlimited mileage warranty in Ford applications, free of manufacturer defects in materials and or craftmanship.

Core Charges

This part requires an acceptable matching rebuildable core be sent in to avoid paying the core charges.

With Core Option = Means you will pay the core charge up front, and when an acceptable core is returned to Huckstorf Diesel the core charge will be refunded back to you.  An acceptable matching core must be received within 30 days of the ship date to receive full core credit.

Without Core Option = An acceptable matching core must be received before the exchange is sent out.

An acceptable core is one that is rebuildable with typical replacement parts.  Major damage such as rust, housing damage, critical broken parts will be cause for partial or no core refund.  If you have any questions on this policy please call or send your injectors in first for inspection.  Normally an injector that comes off a running engine in need of typical repairs is fine.  Injectors that sat for years in junk yards, fire damaged, collision damaged, etc. may not be accepted.
