Description
1992-2002 6.5L Chevy Turbo Marine Performance Fuel Injector
Huckstorf Diesel part number 0432217255 performance diesel fuel injector for 1992-2002 6.5L Chevrolet GMC turbo marine diesel engines.
These injectors are rebuilt by Huckstorf Diesel with brand new Bosch nozzle tips and set to the proper opening pressures. Huckstorf Diesel is a Bosch authorized diesel repair facility and only uses genuine Bosch nozzle tips when rebuilding these injectors. There are lower cost alternatives out there, but the lower quality is not worth the savings! The injectors are critical in the proper operation of a diesel engine. The spray pattern of fuel into the cylinder has determines how the fuel and air mix and burn. If the angle and the atomization of the fuel is not perfect, performance and mileage will suffer. Huckstorf Diesel sets the opening pressures to a very tight tolerance for balanced sets and smoother running engines.
This GM 6.5 diesel fuel injector has been used successfully in all street driven 1992-2002 GM 6.5L turbo engines to give an increase of 40 to 50 horsepower. The power difference is felt mostly in the midrange of the power band. It uses fine threads on the body. It measures 2.875 or 2 7/8 inches tall. This injector is completely rebuilt using a new Bosch nozzle tip and set to precise specifications for opening pressure and performance. Don’t settle for aftermarket copies, these injectors are the real thing!
