2017-2023 Ford 6.7L PowerStroke Diesel Turbocharger Coolant Return Line Bolt

Ford part number W716088S900 is a one-time-use bolt used to hold the coolant return line onto the turbocharger on 2017-2023 Ford trucks with the 6.7L PowerStroke diesel engine.  This bolt is also used in other applications.

This one-time-use bolt is used to secure the turbocharger coolant return tube to the turbocharger.  A new bolt is needed each time it is removed.

Torque:
Stage 1: Tighten to: : 12 Nm
Stage 2: Tighten an additional: : 30°
