Bosch part number 0986435621QS is a diesel fuel injector for 2013-2018 Dodge Ram pickup trucks with the 6.7L Cummins diesel engine.

There are many so-called re-manufactured or renewed diesel fuel injectors on the market today.  Injector pricing is high.  At Huckstorf Diesel we only sell the best quality, and we offer two options when it comes to rebuilt injectors.  We offer the Bosch remanufactured injectors that are made by Bosch in one of their facilities.  We now offer a second option of Bosch Quality Scan injectors.  These are injectors built by an authorized Bosch facility and coded to prove authenticity.  Bosch marks common rail injectors and injection pumps repaired by an authorized Bosch diesel specialist with special proof of quality. Common rail injectors (CRI) and common rail injection pumps (CP) are marked by specific adhesive repair ID labels, while repair ID clips are used for common rail injectors for commercial vehicles (CRIN). Bosch repair quality implies the use of:

• Special repair and testing methods
• Original test data and genuine spare parts from Bosch
• Employees comprehensively trained by Bosch

Core Charges

This part requires an acceptable matching rebuildable core be sent in to avoid paying the core charges.

With Core Option = Means you will pay the core charge up front, and when an acceptable core is returned to Huckstorf Diesel, the core charge will be refunded back to you.  An acceptable matching core must be received within 30 days of the ship date to receive full core credit.

Without Core Option = An acceptable matching core must be received before the exchange is sent out.

An acceptable core is one that is rebuildable with typical replacement parts.  Major damage such as rust, housing damage, critical broken parts will be a reason for partial or no core refund.  If you have any questions about this policy, please call or send your injectors in first for inspection.  Normally, an injector that comes off a running engine in need of typical repairs is fine.  Injectors that sat for years in junkyards, fire damaged, collision damaged, etc. may not be accepted.
