Garrett part number 725390-9006S is a rebuilt GT3782VA turbocharger for 2003 and early 2004 Ford trucks, Excursions, and vans with the 6.0L Power Stroke diesel engine.

2003- 9/21/2003 Ford 6.0L with engine serial number up to 6,155,636.  This turbo works only on 2003 and early 2004 6.0L Power Stroke engines with the ICP sensor located on the rear of the engine underneath the turbo. Compare the exhaust housing pictures to your turbo for proper identification on 2004 engines.

Core Charge Instructions

This part requires an acceptable matching rebuildable core be sent in to avoid paying the core charges.

With Core Option = Means you will pay the core charge up front, and when an acceptable core is returned to Huckstorf Diesel, the core charge will be refunded back to you. An acceptable matching core must be received within 30 days of the ship date to receive full core credit.

Without Core Option = An acceptable matching core must be received before the exchange is sent out.

An acceptable core is one that is rebuildable with typical replacement parts. Major damage such as rust, housing damage, critical broken parts will be a reason for partial or no core refund. If you have any questions about this policy, please call or send your injectors in first for inspection. Normally, an injector that comes off a running engine in need of typical repairs is fine. Injectors that sat for years in junkyards, fire damaged, collision damaged, etc. may not be accepted.
