2001-2016 GM 6.6L Duramax FASS 250 GPH No-Drop Race Titanium Signature Diesel Fuel Supply System with Sump Kit

FASS Fuel Systems part number NDTSC10250G is a 250 gallon per hour race diesel fuel supply system with a sump kit for 2001-2016 Chevrolet and GMC trucks with the 6.6L Duramax diesel engine.

Fitment: GMC & Chevrolet, 2500HD & 3500HD, Duramax 2001-2016 with 900 to 1200 HP power levels.  This pump flows 250 gallons per hour at 8-10 PSI.  Installation of this kit on a cab and chassis model may require modifications.

A FASS Fuel Systems feed pump and filter system is a beneficial upgrade for 6.6L GM Duramax diesel engines, and critical at these power levels.  GM did not include a factory feed pump on the Duramax like other diesel vehicles.  This requires the injection pump to pull the fuel from the fuel tank, through the factory filter, and all under a vacuum.  This requires the injection pump to do more work and adds the risk of introducing additional air /vapor into the fuel.   The Titanium Signature Series diesel fuel System was engineered by FASS Fuel Systems to be the top performing, the longest lasting, and most reliable aftermarket fuel feed and filtration system in the diesel industry.  Rated at 250 gallons per hour and backed by a limited lifetime warranty when registered, the Titanium Signature Series System is capable of supporting a GM Duramax 6.6L diesel engine with enough fuel for 900 to 1200 HP power levels.  Plus, the filtration of the fuel is better than the factory filter.  This system can supply multiple CP3 pump setups.

The FASS Titanium Signature Series pump offers advanced filtration benefits that will help protect the Duramax common rail diesel fuel injection system.    This drastically extends the life of the diesel injection pump and injectors.  These benefits include an improved filtration rating of 2 Microns, a built-in water separation filter, and the FASS Fuel Systems patented air/vapor removal process.  This system, used together with diesel fuel additives containing lubrication, greatly reduces the chance of injection system failure.

Installation Time = 5.0 hours.

• FASS Whisper Technology (FWT) was engineered to meet the stringent demands of today’s quiet diesel engines.  FASS Whisper Technology was in development and testing for over two and a half years to meet FASS Fuel System’s high quality and durability standards.  FASS Whisper Technology effectively and drastically reduces the sound levels of the Signature Series FASS Diesel Fuel System to a “whisper” while at the same time increasing fuel flow rates.
• Performance Radius Cuts (PRC) are an advanced machining technique used to improve the flow of fuel through the FASS System by creating smooth flowing cuts within the aluminum housing.  This prevents the reintroduction of air and vapor back into the fuel, and prevents eddy currents from forming within the corner of a 90-degree sharp angle.
• Mass Flow Return (MFR) technology is used to continually polish your fuel by keeping a positive pressure on the fuel being delivered to the engine, preventing cavitation along with galling and scoring.  Additional fuel is returned back to the tank after it has been passed through the filtration process, removing dirt, air, vapor and water.  This results in the fuel being constantly “polished” (cleaned), guaranteeing that your diesel truck always has the cleanest fuel possible.
• Optional Heater Kits are available for any cold weather application from typical to extreme.
• Bolt On Bracket Mounts simplifies installation.  Mounting the Titanium Signature Series System takes only minutes and all brackets are made from machined steel for superior support and strength.

Horsepower is made by burning fuel.  To support high power numbers, an adequate fuel supply is required.  Here is a breakdown of gallons per hour needed for HP numbers:

• Stock to 600 HP = 100 GPH
• 600 to 900 HP = 165 GPH
• 900 to 1200 HP = 250 GPH
• 1200 to 1500 HP = 290 GPH

Using a higher gallon per hour pump than needed results in more fuel being returned to the tank and foaming can occur in the tank.  At 165 gallons per hour and above, a sump kit is needed to allow unrestricted fuel to the pump and reduce stalling issues below 1/4 full tank levels.
