Dipaco part number D97216082 is an injector nozzle gasket for diesel fuel injectors found in 2001-2004 Chevrolet and GMC LB7 Duramax diesel engines.

This is an aftermarket part.  This is the gasket that seals the injector nozzle tip from the combustion chamber.

Sold individually, eight are required per engine.  Nickel sold separately.
