2001-2010 GM 6.6L Duramax Diesel Fuel Feed Pump – Flow Enhancer

FASS part number DMAX7001 is a diesel fuel feed pump, fuel flow enhancer, for 2001-2010 Chevrolet and GMC trucks with a 6.6L Duramax diesel engine.

After having great success with the Dodge Direct Replacement Pumps (DDRP), the Dura-Max Flow Enhancer was created and is now available for the GM Duramax equipped engines.  GM Duramax trucks do not have a stock lift pump, which forces the injection pump to “pull” the fuel all the way from the tank, creating a vacuum and constantly introduces more air and vapor into your fuel. The Duramax Flow Enhancer creates a positive flow of fuel, “pushing” it to your injection pump, eliminating vacuum and drastically reducing air and vapor in your fuel. This is an excellent lower cost alternative to the other FASS fuel systems.  This is recommended for stock power levels.  No additional fuel filtration happens when using this kit.  70 gallons per hour at approximately 10 PSI.

Installation Time = 2.0 hours.
