Duramax Intercooler Tube Upgrade
Making big power with your Duramax? Have you ever blown the intercooler boot on the drivers side of the intercooler? AFE has the answer! With increased flow of 75 CFM and correcting the bend in the end of the factory pipe so the bend is in the pipe and not the boot, this part is a must for serious Duramax owners.
On the LLY and LBZ engines this intercooler tube produced 16hp and 49lbs. x ft. of torque on the dyno while outflowing the factory intercooler tube by 67%. On the LMM engine this intercooler tube produced 11hp and 27lbs. x ft. of torque on the dyno while outflowing the factory intercooler tube by 67%.
