7mm X 0.5mm Injector Nozzle Gasket Heat Shield
This is the copper injector washer / gasket used on Dodge 5.9L Cummins engines with 7 mm injector tips. These gaskets measure 0.5 mm thick and get compressed to seal out combustion gases from the injector opening in the cylinder head. These thin style gaskets allow the injector to protrude farther into the cylinder allowing the fuel to spray farther into the piston bowl and slightly increases the compression ratio. Be sure you have adequate piston to injector tip clearance when using these washers.
