Huckstorf Diesel only collects information from users for the purchase of fulfilling orders, and your information is not used for any purposes other than following up with or communicating to you about your order and order status. Our site uses cookies for core site functionality like the shopping cart, and log in.  Third party cookies for web analytics and advertising may be set on your machine while browsing the site.

Refund Policy

Huckstorf Diesel gives you a 30 day money back guarantee. We will take back any part that we sell and stock (*electrical or special ordered parts not included) with no questions asked, as long as it is in the same new condition as it was sent so we can sell it to someone else. We will be happy to refund your purchase price minus the shipping costs and credit card costs of 3%.  It is that simple.

Shipping/Delivery Timeframe

Huckstorf Diesel charges actual shipping costs passed on to us by our shippers.  Orders for items that we carry in stock will ship generally within 2 business days.  Orders for special order, or build to order items will ship as soon as the parts are available.

Billing Terms

Payment for parts and services will be collected at time of purchase.  Core fees collected will be refunded when an acceptable core part is returned to us within 30 days of purchase.  If a core is returned after 30 days, up 60 6 days, you will only receive a 50% credit back. Core fees will not be returned if your core is received by us more than 60 days after purchase.  Special arrangements can be made if you contact us and have them granted.

Core Return Procedures

Please return cores in the same box as they were shipped to you. Package them well so they don’t get damaged during shipment.Drain any fuel or oil, please cap it off and place it in a plastic bag so it doesn’t leak.Enclose a copy of the invoice along with the core you are returning. This will let us know who to give core credit back to. Include contact information so we can call and get a credit card number to apply credit to.  We do not keep credit card information on file. To receive full core credit back, acceptable cores must be returned and received by Huckstorf Diesel within 30 days of purchase.  Any cores returned in 31 to 60 days from purchase will only get 50% credit back.  There is no core credit given for cores returned in 61 days or longer.
