Core Returns
Core Return Procedures
- Please return cores in the same box as they were shipped to you.
- Package them well so they don’t get damaged during shipment.
- Drain any fuel or oil, please cap it off and place it in a plastic bag so it doesn’t leak.
- Enclose a copy of the invoice along with the core you are returning. This will let us know who to give core credit back to.
- Include contact information so we can call and get a credit card number to apply credit to. We do not keep credit card information on file.
To receive full core credit back, acceptable cores must be returned and received by Huckstorf Diesel within 30 days of purchase. Any cores returned in 31 to 60 days from purchase will only get 50% credit back. There is no core credit given for cores returned in 61 days or longer.
